- 2 Cups fresh blueberries approx. 300 g
- 2/3 Mug freshly squeezed lemon juice approx. 160 ml
- 200 g brown sugar
- 1/4 Mug fresh mint leaves
- 1 Litres Mineral water
- Ice cubes
Place 1 cup of water, the sugar and the blueberries in a blender. Blend on medium to high speed for about 1 minute until the blueberries are pureed.
Pass the blueberry puree through a fine-mesh sieve if you don't want the small blueberry pieces and seeds in your lemonade. If you don't mind, skip this step!
Pour the blueberry puree into a pretty glass jug and add the freshly squeezed lemon juice.
Add the rest of the mineral water, stir and chill.
Garnish the blueberry lemonade on ice cubes with a few fresh blueberries and a few mint leaves. That's it!
