Frequently asked questions about wedding decoration hire
How much does it cost to rent wedding decorations?
In the Dekoverleih, each item has a price per rental day. The rental unit includes four days; the base price corresponds to the four-fold daily price. An item with a daily price of €1.33 costs €5.32 in the rental unit. Each additional day costs an additional daily price. The minimum order value is €150.
How does wedding decoration rental work?
You choose the items from the decor rental and make an inquiry with date and venue. We check the availability and usually send an offer within 24 hours. After booking, we deliver on the agreed date. After the event, everything is returned unwashed.
How long does a rental last?
The rental period consists of four days. The first day of rental is the delivery, the last day is the return. The shipping time between the two does not count as part of the rental period. Those who plan ahead can extend the period on a day-to-day basis.
What is included in the rental price?
Included are the items for the booked rental period and the cleaning after return. Dishes and glasses are returned without being washed. For breakage and loss, the replacement costs are indicated per item in the product description.
What does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are based on the weight and volume of the order and the delivery country. For deliveries within Germany, different rates apply than for deliveries to other European countries. We will inform you of the amount before completing the booking.
How far in advance should I book?
Three to six months before the date is a good time. The collections are available in limited quantities, and allocation is made in the order of bookings. For short-term appointments, we are happy to check what is available.
When will I receive a quote?
We usually respond to a request within 24 hours with a first offer. You can take as much time as you need to decide.
Do you also take on the loading and unloading?
On-site assembly and disassembly are part of the White Glove Service and are charged separately. The service is calculated based on the size of the table and is indicated separately in the quote.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver throughout Germany and to large parts of Europe. For weddings in Berlin, Brandenburg and the rest of the federal territory, delivery is made at the agreed time at the event location.
