Our White Glove service is in high demand and requires precise planning. In order to be able to give each event our full attention, we therefore only accept a limited number of set-ups and dismantling jobs per season.
We recommend that you book early - especially for popular wedding months or long holiday weekends. As soon as a period is fully booked, we are unfortunately unable to accept any further requests for styling on location.

We have deliberately made this service White Glove Service because it stands for the utmost care, elegance and service quality - like the proverbial white glove used to handle particularly delicate or valuable items. We use actual white cotton gloves when styling on site.

From coordination with the location to the set-up and the perfect placement of each napkin ring - stylish, discreet and with a love of detail. A service that makes a difference - noticeable, but never loud.
Ideal for weddings, corporate events or private parties where sophisticated styling and a smooth on-site process are required - especially if the schedule is tight or the location does not provide staff support.
The service includes: Delivery, set-up & dismantling by our team, styling of the tables according to the design concept, coordination with location & service providers as well as a final check to avoid additional costs. All in close coordination with the wedding planner or you.
The price starts from €2850. There are also logistics and travelling costs for our team.
It is best to book as early as possible, especially for events in popular wedding months or on public holiday weekends. As we only accept a limited number of set-ups and take-downs per season, we recommend booking several months in advance.
