The Illusionist gin and tonic recipe

Ingredients:

  • 50 ml The Illusionist Dry Gin
  • 150 ml tonic water (ideally a high-quality tonic such as Fever-Tree Mediterranean or Indian Tonic)
  • Ice cubes
  • Some lemon zest
  • A sprig of rosemary for extra freshness 
  • A few juniper berries for extra flavour

Preparation:

  1. Fill a Charleston glass with ice cubes to chill it well.
  2. Pour the The Illusionist Dry Gin over the ice cubes.
  3. Add the tonic water and make sure to pour it in slowly so that it doesn't bubble too much.
  4. Gently stir the gin and tonic to combine.
