Lose yourself in the luxurious era of the 18th century and the elegant wedding at Nischwitz Castle
Not far from the city of Leipzig in Saxony lies the pretty rococo castle of Nieschwitz. A real gem where you can celebrate a wedding in the castle in style. The architecture here is reminiscent of the glittering festivities of the past with glittering jewellery, great dancing, the melodious sound of the orchestra and breathtaking gowns that sway across the parquet floor to the beat of the music. These impressions inevitably arise when you take a look at this palace. We have not only tried to integrate the colours and design of the palace into our design, but also to capture the atmosphere of the grand balls that once took place in the halls. Classic, playful and elegant are the adjectives we wanted to convey with this concept.
Are you still looking for a great wedding location that will make your dream of a castle wedding come true? Luckily we have some of the most beautiful wedding venues in Germany listed. There are a lot of beautiful castles that are made for a real fairytale wedding, including Bensberg Castle, where we organised a Spring wedding in blue and velvet have celebrated.
The pictures were taken by the talented wedding photographers Mila & Stephan from Vivid Symphony created. We love their feminine aesthetics and the touching emotions they show in these pictures.
Luxurious wedding in the castle with a vibrant colour concept
The idea of a colourful wedding concept, which evokes a play of different colours, is based on the garden room of the castle. The walls show unique paintings of the liberation of Andromeda, Europa, a river god, Icarus and Daedalus and various sea deities. They are painted in a colour palette of mint green, pale pink and shades of grey. The ceiling is very colourful and therefore makes a special impression.
The colours of the furnishings are also reflected there. We worked with white, pale pink, coral, dusky pink and gold to maintain the luxurious theme of the location.
The decoration concept for the wedding at Nischwitz Castle
A castle wedding in Germany requires elegant decorations. The table decorations therefore also feature high-quality cutlery and crockery. From the Ornament collection by the Portuguese porcelain manufacturer Vista Alegre, we have selected the crockery. The pattern on these pieces is inspired by the ceilings of the Vista Alegre Palace, which is decorated with white plaster. Similar decorations can also be found in Nieschwitz Palace. The delicate and unique details decorate the table in a very special way. The small golden candlesticks with the thin candles and the golden cutlery add a certain grace.
The floristry consists of English garden roses, white and coral-coloured peonies, foxgloves and Japanese ranunculus. An elegant mix of white and gold adorns the table.
The styling of the bride
The bride's styling is kept very subtle and natural. Her make-up is designed to emphasise her natural beauty. The wedding dress from Papilio is feminine, playful, delicate and stylish. The delicate, wing-like sleeves and the filigree embroidery are simply irresistible, aren't they? Golden details such as the earrings match the golden accents that are used throughout the entire dress. Bella Belle Elise elected.
Small details in the wedding concept make for interesting eye-catchers
The wedding cake from Sweet enchantment is a three-tiered work of art that contains small details. The cake echoes the theme of the mural and features delicate sugar decorations.
The stationery from Lettering GRG from Madrid has been designed with so much attention to detail. There are small golden monograms of the couple printed on the cards. Small elements have been calligraphed by hand in gold colour.
